1) Screen Options, Bulk Edit, and Quick Edit
-Screen Options is different on every most wp-admin page and may very likely be hiding that option you know was there the other day.
-Bulk editing can save many many clicks and heartache over processing time too
-Quick edit is much faster when you remember that what you want to change is there
